Capitec Funeral Policy Insurance

I am deeply disappointed by capitec funeral policy insurance. My father took out a funeral policy with capitec insure, my father passed on the 04th of November 2024 and i subsequently lodged a funeral policy claim on the 07th of November 2024 in preparation for the funeral, to date i have not received any acknowledgement no payment of my claim even though i was promised by the branch that the payment will be paid between 24 to 48 hours. I am deeply disappointed. If you only have a policy with capitec insure please cancel it they are not reliable. Imagine the pain of losing your loved one and you don't have money to give them a dignified send off.
