Capitec Funeral Policy Funds Unresolved

I cannot believe it has a very challenging 4 weeks since I enquired about the funeral policy funds in my Capitec account and no resolve has been found !!

Even after providing evidence and acknowledgement of the alleged *****ulent transactions, I've been permanently suspended from my account and forfeited the remaining funds I've worked so hard for.

The management of my issue is clearly not a priority for an institution of this magnitude yet they claim to pride themselves in handling people's finances. Could this be a gender, age, race or societal class reaction to my case or did I simply choose the wrong bank to trust for the past decade ??
