Capitec Funeral policy Cover

Capitec Bank is an inconvenience. I'm sitting here very frustrate and crying waiting for funeral claim to be paid out for my husband funeral. I'm being told about investigations, so I supposed to wait for bank to lay our loved ones to rest. I'm so mad right now. my sister was also inconvenience and her claim was paid out on a Friday a day before the funeral I would not advise anyone to take the policy
