Capitec funeral policy biggest **** ever !

Might be one of the biggest ****s ever! My brother in law passed on thursday 14/11/24. Saturday after receiving all documentation my sister registered a claim at Vaal Mall branch. They said that the policy would pay out within 48 hours. Tuesday she got an sms saying that they have technical issues. Since then she only got the run around, we will phone you shortly, we will phone tomorrow etc but no payout? The funeral is tomorrow? In the last week we heard of more than ten people, all exactly the same procedure, i assume this is their modus operandi and how they conduct business? I am going to make it my personal mission to drive a public awareness campaign on all social media to expose this **** they are running.
