Capitec funeral policy

capitec funeral policy is like committing suicide I've made a claim on the 29th of august and have been sent from pillar to post..i haven't received a payout as yet no one wants to take accountability.iv been postponing funeral arrangements i don't know till when.they say they have a turnaround pay out time of 24 hours but they ****.they r misleading and they false advertise.iv reli been let down on capitec on my first claim..i have no choice but to surrender my police i cant be treated like this when im in dire need of their help.its reli unacceptable
