Capitec funeral plan
Hi my name is basis Cecil rathulwana I took out a funeral plan with capitec bank last year for my uncle he passed away two weeks back they haven't paid out we had to postpone for this weekend even now they haven't paid what can I do please help me.

08 Mar 2019, 14:13They keep on saying they are investigating and its gonna take 7 calendar days today again they telling me its gonna take another 21days like am so disappointed with the services and the treatment am getting from capitec funeral plan.
