Capitec Funeral Payout

I logged a claim for my brother a week ago...I submitted all the requested document..all i am told is that the claim is under assessment and will be contacted once finalized...For all i know the claim takes 24hrs to be paid as per the website...if it is longer than that then communications should be given to the client to update then on the status of the claim. This is really disgusting. I had to borrow money to bury my brother last weekend and these guys are on my case everyday!
