Capitec Funeral Not the Best?

Capitec Bank's funeral cover is disappointing. Literally 10 days to the end of the 6 months waiting period my loved one passed away. Capitec rejected my claim. They could have rounded it off to 6 months and paid, even if not the full over amount, plus it is a negligible amount and a long-term benefit to them because I have more members on the policy. I pointed it out to them that I would even post and publish their service, but they simply ignored me. Mind you, they are keeping the 6 months premiums I paid, so there is no loss to them. I am having second thought about continuing with the Capitec policy, if they don't respond I will look for an alternative service provider AND I will continue to post and publish my unhappiness.
