Capitec Funeral is exceptional

I have a funeral policy with Capitec, my father died on the 13th of January 2024. I called capitec on Monday and I was told what to do for claiming. I went to the branch on Tuesday, the staff at Capitec Saveways in Witbank was so friendly and patient with me. After claiming I received the money within 6 hours, I would like to extent my gratitude that we buried our father with dignity.
