capitec funeral is a ****
capitec bank funeral insurance is a disgrace, was told my claim will be finalised on the 14 March 2024, still today no one is coming back to me ,i called today spoke to nobuntu beauty mrubada (Capitec agent) she sent me a SMS saying my service request has been successfully completed ,i don't understand what **** this is supposed to mean,
