Capitec funeral is a ****!

What Capitec funeral cover did to me I'll never forget,I lost my brother in August, I understand the waiting period was not over yet,then in September I lost my son,who was born prematurely at 25 weeks in March 2023, after giving birth to him on the 15th, I added him on the policy on the 22nd of March. He passed on on the 18th of September,according to Capitec,the waiting period hadn't ended,but on the contract it says the policy was active from the 1st of April,I was angry I cancelled the policy with immediate effect, as if that wasn't enough, on the 22nd they deducted the full premium. People have been telling how Capitec funeral is so disappointing. But I've experienced it myself.
