Capitec funeral insurance is horrible!

Capitec does not want to finalise my funeral insurance claim. I put a claim at the branch and I was assured that Capitce has a reputation of paying immediately and do did others attest. Now theyre giving me conflicting explaination saying theyre not allowed to pay before the 14 busness days and they have a right extend the assessment period to whatever period they like. Meanwhile I had to foot the bill and pay for the fineral with a hope that Capitce will pay, they gave me 14 days period for no reason at all because all documents submitted were up to date. A lady phoned me on Monday saying that my claim could be finalised before the 04 November others say 03 November. Theyre treating my case as that of life insurance and its not fair. No other funeral covers were opend for the deceased, and I received no financial help to bury the deceases now I have not funds for myself within this unreasonable period of theirs! They could get all the information they need from third parties way before 14 days but they choose to just sit there and delay
