Capitec funeral insurance

Capitec bank has really disappointed me in such a difficult time for me in terms of claiming for both of my parents who died in a tragedy car accident.The service was so poor to a point that I was told that I should email my case to the upper department in capitec for claiming the funeral insurance. I am emotionally damaged from the passing of my parents and capitec just ruined my day.
