Capitec funeral cover, no payout

I took oyt a policy for my nephew's child since I am responsible for my cousin's family since she passed away, her children are my children according to culture. My nephews child then passed away and i made a claim to Capitec. The form was filled by the inveatigating officer as required and they called ans asked to speak to my nephew, she confirmed that her son was my grandchild as she cannot speak english and does not know terms such as nephew or great nephew. I got news that my claim was declined on the Friday which is a day before the funeral while i was busy shopping for the funeral. I had already used my stockel money to pay for funeral expenses as i could not wait for capitec and would replace it. I appealed and that was declined too because it was not an insurable interest. I do not understand as i have had to pay for the funeral and all expenses and i have receipts too. Capitec is meant to help us black people and understand our family dynamics but instead they refuse to pay out my policy for no valid reasons.
