Capitec Funeral Cover is useless

I am utterly disgusted by Capitec Bank’s Funeral Policy Cover. They are dishonest and don’t follow their value proposition of paying within 24hrs upon a valid claim. I have been waiting for their response for 7 days now. How am I supposed to fund funeral arrangements?
