Capitec funeral cover is a ****

I am being told the same 5 day story validation when I am trying to claim, my sister and myself covered the same person who died of unnatural causes, her claim has been payed already but mine is being sent for forensic while we submitted the same documents and hers was approved mine no. I wonder how they reach a decision that only one claim must be sent for forensic and the other is not needed. Funeral is Friday and their 5 days will be next week.
