Capitec Funeral Cover Debit Order

I spoke to a Sibongile today who told me my debit order cannot be reversed, How can you debit me on a funeral cover that I don't even use, never paid for it not even once.

I tried reversing it on the App, and it doesn't allow.

Can someone with authority give me a call to resolve this issue.

Totally not happy with this bank, even considering moving to another bank.
