Capitec Funeral cover claim

hello, i have a capitec funeral cover, i covered my late sister and i have been trying to claim since July, i have brought all the needed documents to my nearest branch for the claim and it was processed i have been waiting since then and whenever i go back to the branch they keep telling me to come back. it is really frastruating as i have been waiting for five months now. kinndly assist me on what i should do
