Capitec funeral cover
Today is day 7 since I have submitted my funeral claim at capitec bank. I have submitted all the documents they have requested . The only thing I'm being told is that my claim will be concluded before end of business day whenever I make an enquiry.
This is my 2nd review I'm writing and nothing happened. Or do I need to take this matter up with the ombudsman for capitec bank to take it serious???

10 Aug 2021, 10:44This is the same feedback I received on friday and she did call me on friday, but she failed to give me answers all she ever did was tell me that she will escalate the matter and call me back before end of business day. And she never phoned back.
