Capitec funeral

Would like to put it out there that capitec bank offers the most affordable funeral plans such that I have moved all my covers there but now I am in for regrets. When it comes to claiming in event of death ay ay ay they have the most intelligent people who will make sure that you don't get your payouts, ask me I know they have turned their back on me once when I lost my son but luckily the was one guy who's has a heart among them and his name is Rob, atleast he managed to make a plan for me when I was in need January this year atleast I received half of the payout but the rest kept me up and down looking for the documents no body knows about them mxm. So if I hadn't beg to get that amount to atleast I am sure that I would have got nothing up till now . So I am giving up just like what they wanted because now it's been nine months of back and forth, Thank you Capitec funeral
