Capitec funds on hold

Hi. I recently sold a car and was paid by the client. Capitec to Capitec. The client left with the car and my account showed that the funds were frozen. Ii went to branch and no service advisor could help me. I then called capitec and they asked me to go back to the bank. Please note the same advisors who couldn't help.

I now have to email a number of documents and I guess this will take a life time. So if you reading this please don't open up a capitec account. My funds still on hold. Cannot do anything until it is cleared.
