Capitec frustrating SET OFF in my account without my consent.

Capitec set off I'm very disappointed with capitec regarding this issue of set off because I'm not having a loan with them bit every day I'm getting sms now the money they deducted in my account is more 300 going to this set off. This is a savings account not a cheque account, now I have to withdraw all my money from the bank account that them capitec opened it on my card because of not l9ng I will be sitting with nothing in my account and I'm no longer feeling save with capitec in this regard but every month I'm paying service on this account.
