Capitec frozen my accout

Good. Day my name is Desmond mokwebo I am a Victim of Capitec where they freeze my account on 16 September 2024, on the following day I visited the branch at Elim Limpopo to get clarification from the bank so the consultant told me that they got order from the high to stopped my account due to *****ulent activities, it surprises me 😮 when did I participate in the *****ulent activities, so the consultant to me so .so I request the consultant to take me through to the ***** department, I was told that ***** department they are not allowed to speak with client via telephonically they are communicating through email since there, I took the matter to my attorney because it seemed like those people they are not willing to help me, because what am looking for is to release my funds and left the other one that they suspecting it come in the wrong way only because since September 2024 I was suffering my children never got Christmas clothes and foods and the young one was suspended at preschool due to non payment. I had enough for now here is January 2025 nothing I had from the bank please Capitec give me what is mine and take what is yours even if you don't open my account is fine but release my funds so that I can provide my family with basic needs and school fees, I hope you will find this concern in order
