Capitec Frozen money for more than 4 months

Capitec bank is really aiming on frustrating my life , up until today since September that my money has been frozen ,I've not gotten it , I spent Christmas without the nice things I planned on buying with the money. After my last review they called and said I should give then until the 27th of Dec to resolve the matter until now I've nor heard anything from them, 2024 I'm switching banks, I suggest all of you do the same
