Capitec froze my account without a good reason and proof

Capitec froze my without even asking my side of the story or proof,,, a client approached us regarding a wendy i made her a quote and she agreed to it the qoute was building the weandy house and putting electricity and plumbing of which we did we were left with putting locks the husband and the wife who hired us were there during the building the following day we went to put the locks we found the father of the wife he told us to dig the tree at the back and move the house we told her no yesterday your daughter and her husband were here they never said anything about the tree that why they paid us because we did everything that was written on the qoute digging trees is not our job and it was not included in the qoute, he chased us and said we must come back when we are ready to move the house and cut the tree, after providing aall the conversations and qoutes proving that i did my job that we agreed on still my Capitec account remains frozen.
