Capitec froze my account

This bank froze my account in 2018 because they suspected ***** linked to an R200 I received from someone who owed me money. I've been doing follow-ups to access the other monies in my savings account, but they never got back to me to date. The last time I spoke to them they said forensics is busy with investigations and they will get back to me. Now it is over 6years without feedback, but I still want to get access to my money.
