Capitec from hell and their lazy forensic Team

Capitec bank from hell, I was told or rather called by their consultant informing me that they suspect that my account was involved in *****. I was told that they will freeze all my funds until i produce proof ( like payslip) so i did now they say i will only get a 40% of money and after i should close my account. What happens to my 60% that is still in my account.
