Capitec freezing accounts

After blocking all my bank accounts with money inside. Capitec told me to open and use a business account of which I did now they froze the very same business account they asked me to use. I don't know what exactly they want from me.i understand if they don't want me to use their bank anymore but can they at least give me my money back? Because the account is stuck with over a thousand rand which I can use for something important.
