Capitec freezing account

One of the worst banks!! Especially the vaal mall branch. I got an sms telling me I should visit the branch with my ID or else my account will be frozen. I went to the vaal mall branch. First of all the guy who assists at the door was so rude, I showed him the sms I received. He said I should just go into my banking app and update my adress. Once I was done he said I can leave, which didn't make sense because why did the sms say I should visit a Capitec branch with my ID, he didn't even ask for it. Now it's weeks after I visited the vaalmall branch, guess what, my account is paused. When you get a chance, leave Capitec!!!!!!!!
