Capitec freezed money from my account

Capitec withheld money from my account. Because they think it’s ***** related. Now I am required to send them affidavit and pop from my client. I sell musical keyboards to clients. Client sent money into my account. Why don’t they call the client to confirm why the client sent money ?

Client now will think I am ****ming them.. because I should be shipping their keyboard today..

This money could have been needed for an emergency issue.. capitec is **** bank..

Please release the money back into my account. Stop being a stupid bank.. you don’t have any right to freeze money that is not yours..
