Capitec freeze bank accounts

I am not sure how capitec bank works but you cant freeze people's accounts without any notice. worst its festive seasons , this is very inconvenient and worst experience ever.

I have accounts with 4 banks and capitec happens to be the worst, rather assist me close down that account and move al my money to a mre trusted bank since now I cant access my account without going up and down the branches and ist super frustrating
