Capitec freeze account

Got no more faith in this Bank, someone purchased a car from Me and paid me eft, they freeze my account after calling the purchaser and he confirmed he paid me for car, I transferred money to my son they freeze his account too he on school holidays and have no money whole holiday, been on phone for hours still 4 days later no luck, the purchaser is far out town he had to come back to branch with me. I have been unable to pay my staff, it's unreal how long they taking to reverse this.
