Capitec ***** **** stories im ****ed off with

Capitec bank is the most ****ed bank I ever came across, I'm ever sorry that I chose this bank to bank with. Capitec bank consultants are full of **** attitudes, *********** idiots that claim to know what they doing when the actually dont. My niece sold her car due to relocation so i helped her to use my bank account for the buyer to deposit the money into, the buyer came to view the car test drove it and decided that he wanted to buy it. My niece went to the police station to make a affidavit but was told that the police station no longer makes affidavits for car sales so they agreed on a voets toets sale. The buyer then made the first deposit to my account then came to fetch the car, when the second deposit was made BOOOM he reverses the payment and reports a ***** deposit ****. How the **** does capitec protect their clients when they just freeze accounts without notifying the client at all this is bull****. my niece now is fuming on me as she has to leave the country by next week and holds me liable for capitecs ****ed up decisions to freeze my account. the forensics departments is so ****ed up that they cant even use their common sense to determine how somebody can pay for a car without seeing the car is people so ****en stupid to do such ****. My niece is leaving for London and she wants her money now from me because of capitecs foolish and stupid decisions I have proof of payment as well as the buyer who transferred the monies details so ho the hell did i get that information if i de*****ed somebody. I will go all out to expose Capitec for what they doing to the clients the supposedly should be protecting. I want that account unfrozen and my nieces money returned capitec will see a thunder storm coming i will not leave this story until they start taking action in protecting their clients like other banks does im ****ed off and disgusted in capitec they a ****ed up bank
