Capitec - ***** phone calls

Hi,

Myself and my husband had a phone call from *** on Saturday to say that they are from Capitec Bank and that there is ********** activity on our accounts and they wanted to try and get us to release information with regards to our accounts so that they could get access to our accounts.

There must be someone inside Capitec Bank that is helping them as they had information that only Capitec Bank would have.

I think you need to do a security check on your employee’s and stop this from happening. They knew our names etc.
