Capitec ***** not yet solved

On 13 January I was woken up by a notification that a transaction had taken place **********ly on my account. I went into Capitec the same day to report it and was given a reference number with an assurance that it shouldn't take more than 10 days to reverse. Well it's way past that and upon calling the call centrezqas told I would just have to wait because they are still busy with an investigation. I was then told that they have no idea how much longer it would take. This is ridiculous as I immediately reported the *****. Surely they can hurry things up a bit. I am a pensioner and simply cannot afford this kind of deduction from my account.

OK so now it's the end of May and still nothing has been done about the ***** on my account on 29 January. On top of that Capitec charged ME an extra R300 to investigate the *****. When will this finally be investigated to my satisfaction?
