Capitec ***** department is not clued up with integrity.

<p>My name Moses Mitchel Geduld my account number is ********** 553 on 31-10-2016 round about 17:00PM in Molankeng I was ****** by ****s so they took my Capitec bank card , and my R1400.00 run in my wallet so run to molangkeng police station to report the incident but they did not care to help me so I called the ***** department to stop my card but , than the ****s manage to draw amount of R1500.00 from my account with out my pin number so report the incident to ***** department so they can pulled footages so they can cleary see that it was not me that withdraw the money from the atm, but than they come back to me today they can not help and refund me so I believe capitect and police are protecting the ********* and we victims must just sit back and look if you can clearly see in footage it was not me that draw the money and what do you do about it done open case everthing must just left so I feel I need to take this up with ombudsman because if financial institution can not even protect us than what the use of banking with them so justice must be served because clearly this guy are walking free on the street and We as client must just be vicitmise so believe that capitec is protecting the *********.</p>
