I can't believe this,to think how much I recommended the bank to people

On the 03/02/2022 there were unathorised transaction on my account immediately after receiving the sms that says my money has been taken i called the Capitec so that I can get assistance in reversing the money they advised that the money will be reversed in 8 working days and still after that 8 working days I still do a follow up on the case they said case is still under investigation, this morning I go to facebook Capitec page to report the long wait of the reversal guess what I was ****ned again this time from cell c directly they took the money from my account telling me that they are reactivating my account it will take an hour for them to reverse the amounts including that from the 03/02/22 these people debited the money from my account without me disclosing any of my account details

To everyone using Capitec be careful as it is a total **** watch out.
