I bought R50 Airtime for my new via Cellc Banking App. Transaction unsuccessful and it gave a ticket number but the money was DEDUCTED from my account.

When I logged out and back in the money appeared. Without being in my transactions. When I logged out and in again. It was gone without being in the transactions.

Only shows deducted ONCE.

*There was also no transactions to that number* - but how can that be if the money was deducted?

Capitec Please explain what ***** and theft is happening. This is my first time experiencing this with my banking app.
