A suspicious transaction went off on my account, i called the bank to report it and instead i was told that i would be oaying R80 for an investigation. How do i oay for an investigation for something I did not authorize. The money that went off is money for food. How am i to survive now? Capitec is such a *******!!!!!!!!!
