CAPITEC *****

I'm not happy with Capitec, there are monies going out of my account. when I check the bank statement its cash sends. I don't even know how to do cash send. I called Capitec they said its ***** they will investigate, they gave me the case number and they will come back to me in the next 48hrs. they didn't come back to me till I emailed them, then the next day I was told that they can't pay me back my R3150 because I was getting SMSs. I never get those SMSs. The SMSs that I was getting its when I swipe in the shops or withdraw the money at the atm. All the SMSs for cash sends I never get them. Those transactions where from the 2nd of December2020 till the 24th of March 2021 . Its disappointing that you trust the bank with you money at the end they rob you .Now yesterday I went to the branch for them to give me the print out with the places where those monies where withdrawn and cell phone number where it was send to. They said they cant give me that information .
