Capitec Fourways Mall

The Capitec Branch in Fourways Mall is far past pathetic, the manager included!!! It has been a week long struggle assisting my one of ladies to open a bank account. The first issue was that she needed a letter of employment to open a bank because she's here on a work permit. We managed to get the letter of employment and she took it through to non avail...The bank had an issue with a spelling error which stated that she "worked" for the company instead of "working" which I understand, However, my argument is that nobody, including the manager bothered to see the contact details on the letter and call the office to confirm, Not a single soul took the initiative to do so (Pathetic) and f#*cking lazy if you had to ask me. So i took initiative to go through with my lady to see what exactly the problem is. Got to the branch in Fourways mall to get told the same stupid story they told my lady, I questioned why they did not make use of the contact details and call the office to confirm! and the lady calls the manager which more useless than the first person assisting us...to my disbelieve the manager than states they can not accept the corrected letter because the word "confirmation" is spelt incorrectly like WHAT!!!!!!! are you kidding me? you going to deny my lady a whole account because " confirmation" is spelt incorrectly ? Pathetic is an understatement really...Clearly people shouldn't be working there and should not be in management when they clearly incapable of making decisions... DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC!!!!!!!
