Capitec Forex Worst Bank for international Payments, poor service and rude staff members

After my previous Complaints i was Contacted by Capitec Complaints department , she assured me i will never again face the same issues regarding Forex payments, however this was now 2 weeks where i faced same issue, yet again week 3 a 3rd payment same issue, they contacted me informing me they are investigating and will attend the matter asap , and now a 4th payment and face same issues again.....on 22 Nov 2024 a Lady contacted me to solve the issue...Very Rude...and she drops the call whilst i am explaining my situation....This has become the WORS of Worst banks regarding forex in S.A , they will make al the promises , they will investigate however just to make you feel better, and guess what nothing happens , plenty excuses , rude, some staff members at forex dont even know what to do , ask yourself how on earth are they being employed...better to not use Capitec for any forex payments no matter where you are ...Capitec is a disgrace .......
