Capitec Forex poor service

I have been with Capitec bank for about two years and have found them to be a pretty good bank until this last episode. I get my UK civil service pension paid into my account every month which has been done without a cliche for two years. My May 2019 pension never arrived on the usual 3rd ish of the month so I called the UK pension department who informed me that it gets sent on the 30th of each month but due to all the Easter holidays it could arrive a little later. I spent 10 minutes waiting for Capitec forex to answer the call who informed me nothing had arrived. I left it until the 10th May and thought I would go into the Brackenhurst Capitec branch as I could not afford the call waiting time again, I explained the situation to Dikeledi **** preceeded to call capitec forex. After 15 minutes of waiting (she can verify this time) for someone to answer the call, I gave in and left. All I wanted was to find out the procedure I need to follow to locate where my pension is. Really Capitec if it takes this long to get service from your forex department then you do need to address this matter. I still do not have my pension!
