Capitec Forex - no service

My husband transferred his salary from Saudi to Capitec on Monday. Every day I check of the funds are available by calling capitec Forex department and every day I get a consultant that is not willing to assist me!! Why do you have a customer care line if all they say is wait??? Collueges that transferred later than him...their money is showing already!!! No one can trace the payment and tell me what is going on and we depend on these funds! There is just no service or willingness to assist!
