Capitec Forex - NO SERVICE!

I've being trying to get hold of Capitec Forex department for the past 2 weeks, I even went into 2 - Capitec Branches in 2 different towns to try and get assistance on this matter. I have completed forms for a payment to be allocated to my account form a foreign country. Still no answer, no assistance and NO payment - I have never experienced such bad service - they don't even answer there phone when I call or even when the people from the branches calls in! This is totally ridiculous
