Capitec Forex is the worst!!!

I work abroad and have always transferred funds from my foreign account to my Capitec account. For the past year now they have blocked my transfers each and every month and then I have to call intetnational rates just for them to say "oh we don't know what happened. It's lying here so we will release it immediately". Each and every month the same issue!!!
