Absolutely disgusting treatment from Capitec Forex!

If you can ever get through on their "help" line and not spend almost as much money on the cost of holding that you're querying, consider yourself lucky! Email responses to queries and complaints? What are those? Rumours to Capitec.

Absolutely useless!

Change their story from one month to the next. Released funds in December without an issue then returned funds to payer the next month for exactly the same type of transaction.

No care or concern for clients who have banking with them for years and putting same clients out of pocket. All too happy to take money from you but no service when you need it.
