Capitec Forex Department is Useless

Capitec forex department is useless.

I have been back and forth with the capitec Forex department for a withdrawal I made. I have spent hours on the phone with the department to have my funds released to no avail. They told me that it will take 7 business days to clear the funds and two months later I am still trying to get my funds from Capitec. Three days ago I called in and one of their consultants mentioned that this will be resolved in 48 hours and I still have not recieved my money . I didn’t pay my rental last month and Capitec does not care. If they are unable to process the payment they should let me know so I can go open a different bank account
