Capitec Forex Department is Non-Existent [Beyond poor service]

I still do not get the point of having this number *** open, because I have spent over a week attempting to call and exhausted over R400 in calls with no response. The call center is non-existent. I also sent the Standing Instruction and Indemnity form and there has been a response.

This is beyond poor service.
