Capitec Forex Department give no assistance

Capitec's Forex Department is unhelpful, they take very long to respond to emails and enquiries about payment and have little to no clue on documentation required to clear payments received from an international sender. I have had to continuously follow up and call to a cold response with little in the way of guidance and assistance.
